Rules of the competition „Zgarnij kubek i kody do gry!”

  1. General provisions:
    1. The competition is run under the name of „Zgarnij kubek i kody do gry!” (hereinafter referred to as the Competition).
    2. The Competition is organized by Kamil Mówiński Vulpesoft, Wolibórz 138A / 2, 57-431, Wolibórz, Poland, NIP: 8851597367, REGON: 364733479 (hereinafter: the Organizer).
    3. The competition will be held during the Poznań Game Arena 2021 Fair, i.e. from Friday October 22, 2021, from 10:00 to Sunday October 24, 2021 to 16:00. (MTP Poznań Game Arena 2021 Fair, hereinafter referred to as: the Fair).
  2. Competition’s rules:
    1. The competition takes place on October 22-24, 2021.
    2. The awards in the Competition are:
      • A mug designed by the Organizer,
      • Dr Livingstone, I Presume? game activation key for the Steam platform.
    3. A Participant of the Competition is anyone who:
      1. Likes the fanpage of Dr Livingstone, I presume? on Facebook (drlivingstonegame) and/or follows the profile of Dr Livingstone, I presume? on Instagram (@livingstone_game).
      2. Will take a photo with a parrot figure at the Organizer’s stand at the Fair and will post this photo on his/her Facebook profile and/or his/her Instagram profile. The participant must use the hashtags #parrotDrLivingstone and #drLivingstoneIpresume for this post.
    4. From among the photos published by the Participants, the Organizer will choose 10 photos and award each of them with a mug, and additionally choose 3 photos and reward each of them with a key for the game Dr Livingstone, I Presume? for the Steam platform.
    5. Each Competition Participant may submit any number of photos, but only one mug and / or one key to the game may be awarded.
  3. The course of the competition:
    1. All applications will be considered by a three-person committee appointed by the Organizer during the Fair.
    2. The winners will be notified of the winnings via the communicator on Instagram or the messenger on Facebook. The winners will also be tagged in a post on the Organiser’s social media on Facebook (@drlivingstonegame) and/or on Instagram (@livingstone_game).
    3. The first 5 winners who will receive mugs will be announced on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. on the Organizer’s social profiles. The remaining 5 winners who will receive mugs will be announced on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 4:30 PM on the Organizer’s social profiles. The results will appear in the form of a post on the Facebook profile (@drlivingstonegame) and the Instagram profile (@livingstone_game).
    4. The prize of a mug must be collected by the Participant personally during the Fair. A Participant who does not collect the prize of a mug during the Fair, i.e. until Sunday October 24, 2021, 4:00 p.m., will not be able to receive it in any other way, including in person or by post.
    5. Winners of free codes for the game Dr Livingstone, I Presume? will be selected from among all Competition Participants on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
    6. The prize of a game key for the Steam platform is sent digitally after the Fair to the Participant’s profile inbox (via communicator on Instagram or the messenger on Facebook).
    7. The organizer reserves the right to publish the awarded photos on their social profiles: Facebook (@drlivingstonegame and @vulpesoftkm), Instagram (livingstone_game), Twitter (@Livi_TheGame) LinkedIn (@Vulpesoft), and include them in publications on the website www.vulpesoft.pl and www.livingstone-game.com with modifications necessary for publication, with no publication limits, for a period of one year from the date of announcement of the prize in the Competition.
  4. Final Provisions:
    1. The Regulations of the Competition are available on the website www.vulpesoft.pl and at the Organiser’s Fair stand.
    2. The Participant taking part in the Competition should read these Regulations. Joining the Competition, i.e. meeting all the requirements of point 2.3, is equivalent to the Participant’s consent to the provisions of the Regulations.
    3. The Organizer is entitled to amend the provisions of these Regulations, as long as it does not deteriorate the conditions of participation in the Competition. This applies in particular to changes in the dates of individual competition activities and changes to the specification of the award. The amended Regulations are in force from the time they are published on the website.

Regulamin Konkursu “Zgarnij kubek i kody do gry!”

  1. Postanowienia ogólne:
    1. Konkurs prowadzony jest pod nazwą “Zgarnij kubek i kody do gry!” (dalej zwany Konkursem)
    2. Organizatorem Konkursu jest Kamil Mówiński Vulpesoft, Wolibórz 138A/2, 57-431, Wolibórz, Polska, NIP: 8851597367, REGON: 364733479 (zwany dalej: Organizatorem).
    3. Konkurs będzie odbywać się podczas trwania Targów Poznań Game Arena 2021 tj. od piątku 22.10.2021, od godziny 10:00 do niedzieli 24.10.2021 do godziny 16:00. (Targi MTP Poznań Game Arena 2021 dalej zwane: Targami)
  2. Zasady Konkursu:
    1. Konkurs odbywa się w dniach 22-24 października 2021 r.
    2. Nagrodami w Konkursie są:
      • Kubek wg projektu Organizatora,
      • Kod do gry Dr Livingstone, I Presume? na platformę Steam.
    3. Uczestnikiem Konkursu jest każdy kto:
      1. Polubi fanpage gry Dr Livingstone, I presume? na Facebooku (drlivingstonegame) oraz/lub zaobserwuje profil gry Dr Livingstone, I presume? na Instagramie (@livingstone_game).
      2. Zrobi zdjęcie z figurką papugi, znajdującą się przy stanowisku Organizatora na Targach i umieści to zdjęcie na swoim profilu na Facebooku i/lub na swoim profilu na Instagramie. Uczestnik musi użyć w tym poście hasztagów #parrotDrLivingstone i #drLivingstoneIpresume.
    4. Spośród opublikowanych przez Uczestników zdjęć Organizator wybierze 10 zdjęć i nagrodzi każde z nich kubkiem oraz dodatkowo wybierze 3 zdjęcia i nagrodzi każde z nich kodem do gry Dr Livingstone, I Presume? na platformę Steam. 
    5. Każdy Uczestnik konkursu może nadesłać dowolną ilość zdjęć, ale może wygrać tylko jeden kubek i/lub jeden klucz do gry.
  3. Procedura przebiegu konkursu:
    1. Wszystkie zgłoszenia będą rozpatrywane przez trzyosobową komisję powołaną przez Organizatora w trakcie trwania Targów​​.
    2. Wyłonieni zwycięzcy zostaną powiadomieni o wygranej poprzez komunikator na Instagramie lub aplikację Messenger. Zwycięzcy zostaną również oznaczeni w poście na mediach społecznościowych Organizatora na Facebooku (@drlivingstonegame) oraz na Instagramie (@livingstone_game).
    3. Ogłoszenie pierwszych 5 zwycięzców, którzy otrzymają kubki, następuje w sobotę 23.10.2021 r. o godzinie 16:30 na profilach społecznościowych Organizatora. Pozostałych 5 zwycięzców, zostanie ogłoszonych w niedzielę 24.10.2021 r. o godzinie 16:30 na profilach społecznościowych Organizatora. Wyniki pojawią się w formie postu na profilu Facebookowym (@drlivingstonegame) oraz na profilu Instagramowym (@livingstone_game).
    4. Nagroda w postaci kubka musi zostać odebrana przez uczestnika osobiście podczas trwania Targów. Uczestnik, który nie odbierze nagrody w postaci kubka podczas trwania Targów, tj. do niedzieli 24.10.2021 do godziny 16:00, nie będzie mieć możliwości otrzymania go w inny sposób, w tym również osobiście lub drogą pocztową.
    5. Spośród wszystkich Uczestników Konkursu, w środę 27.10.2021 o godzinie 16:00 wyłonieni zostaną zwycięzcy darmowych kodów do gry Dr Livingstone, I Presume?.
    6. Nagroda w postaci kodu do gry na platformę Steam jest wysyłana cyfrowo po Targach na skrzynkę odbiorczą profilu Uczestnika (komunikator na Instagramie lub na aplikację Messenger).
    7. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do publikacji nagrodzonych zdjęć na swoich profilach społecznościowych Facebook(@drlivingstonegame oraz @vulpesoftkm), Instagram(livingstone_game), Twitter(@Livi_TheGame) LinkedIn(@Vulpesoft), oraz dołączenia ich w publikacjach na stronie internetowej www.vulpesoft.pl oraz www.livingstone-game.com z modyfikacjami koniecznymi do publikacji, bez limitów publikacji, przez okres jednego roku od daty ogłoszenia wygranej w Konkursie.
  4. Postanowienia końcowe
    1. Regulamin Konkursu dostępny jest na stronie www.Vulpesoft.pl oraz na stoisku Targów Organizatora.
    2. Uczestnik biorący udział w konkursie powinien zapoznać się z niniejszym regulaminem. Przystąpienie do Konkursu, tj. spełnienie wszystkich wymagań z punktu 2.3, jest równoważne ze zgodą Uczestnika z postanowieniami regulaminu.
    3. Organizator jest uprawniony do zmiany postanowień niniejszego Regulaminu, o ile nie wpłynie to na pogorszenie warunków uczestnictwa w Konkursie. Dotyczy to w szczególności zmian terminów poszczególnych czynności konkursowych oraz zmian specyfikacji nagrody. Zmieniony Regulamin obowiązuje od czasu opublikowania go na stronie.
